As well as my private classes, I also teach group classes which are open for all to attend. If you’re interested in joining my group classes, but don’t want to commit to a membership, this will be perfect for you.
All classes are suitable to all levels, and enjoyed for one hour.
Gentle Yoga Flow
Gentle Yoga flow is an ideal starting point for new students, beginners, students recovering from an injury, or anyone who wants a good stretch without creating too much heat. Gentle flow moves at a slower pace, giving time to attend to alignment and taking extra time to appreciate each pose.

Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa flow is for those looking to move dynamically. This yoga class combines heat and mindful movement, but also gives options for pose variations - this makes it accessible and adaptable. A perfect class for when you're feeling sluggish, and you want to get your happy hormones pumping!

Yin
Yin Yoga is suited to all levels and complements other dynamic yoga styles. Yin Yoga or deep stretch, allows us to work into the deep connective tissues, ligaments, joints, and even our bones. In Yin, we experience long and deep stretches with well-aligned poses, in a well-balanced sequence with necessary support. All of our tissues are essential and need exercise (Yin and Yang), when we achieve this, we achieve balance, and promote optimal health and vitality.

Meditation
Whether you're new to meditation, or have a regular practice, meditation is a powerful and health giving discipline. Experience your own path of transformation to a less reactive mind. Enjoy the benefits of clarity, stress management, personal and/or spirtual development. I've seen meditation do some unbelievably great things to bodies fighting stress and disease. Meditation will be different for everyone, and words will never do justice - Meditation needs to be experienced.

Vin/Yin
Balance flow is a combination of vinyasa yoga, and yin yoga. This class is commonly known as "Vin/Yin" or "Yang/Yin". Think of this Yoga class as a flow to nurture balance. The principle of Yin and Yang is that all things exist as inseparable opposites. Not one is better than the other - The pairs of equal opposites attract and complement each other. Generally speaking, yin is characterized as an inward energy that is feminine, still, cold, unchanging. On the other hand, yang is characterized as outward energy, masculine, hot, changing.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga nourishes your body and mind on a deeper level. We focus on gentle shapes and easeful poses that aim to help us rest and restore. We get super comfortable and hold poses for a longer period, this allows our mind and body to settle down and relax our nervous system. Restorative yoga is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, to center yourself, to press pause and surrender. Savour every moment and leave feeling grounded, nurtured, relaxed and restored.
Bonus: very little effort is required in restorative Yoga.

Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga combines yoga movements with added chair support. We use appropriate modifications and enjoy a good stretch while in the comfort of a chair. This style is popular with desk workers, senior students and students with injuries.

Little Yoga
Our Little Yoga program is Yoga suited for little ones. It’s engaging, fun and educational. We carefully disguise emotional, mind and body awareness with fun and exciting practices. We wholeheartedly believe by starting a yoga foundation young, a child will grow an abundance of self love, self awareness and emotional regulation for their years ahead.

Pregnancy Yoga
Prenatal yoga promotes mum and bubs wellbeing by exercising intentional movements, stretching, relaxation, and focused breathing. Research suggests that prenatal yoga is safe and can have many benefits for pregnant women and their babies.
